How are orders shipped?

Currently, Locals Only Apparel ships to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and main U.S. territories and possessions. We ship using USPS Priority Mail.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

In most cases the items are packed and shipped out to you within 24 hours of us receiving your order. Orders will generally be shipped within one business day, unless for some reason an item has become unavailable or if we need to contact you to verify some aspect of your order. You will receive two e-mails after you have placed an order with us and provided a valid e-mail address. The first confirms your order has been submitted (your order confirmation # will be included) and the second confirms that your order has been shipped.

 

Do you ship International?

Sorry, but we currently do not ship to or accept orders from any country other than the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All internet orders require a credit card payment or PayPal account.

 

How do I change/delete my order?

If you need to make a change or deletion to an existing regular order, please email us at localsonlyapparel@hotmail.com. Regular orders that have not been shipped may be changed, but this will add additional processing time.

 

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. Locals Only Apparel accepts returns within 30 days of shipment. Please note the following for all returns: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact. All clearance purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Locals Only Apparel reserves the right to limit the number of returns. Locals Only Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
